Welcome to the official unofficial legal department of Omar™.

Important: This entire page is a joke. It is not intended to create an actual legal contract, company, employment relationship, financial obligation, or enforceable agreement.

1. Terms & Conditions

By sending a message to, replying to, mentioning, calling, or otherwise attempting to communicate with Omar, you acknowledge that these Terms may apply.

  • Omar reserves the right to reply whenever he feels like it.
  • If Omar says “nah”, the proposal has been rejected.
  • If Omar says “wait”, the request has entered the Waiting™ state.
  • If Omar announces that he is bored, the conversation may enter Boredom Mode™.
  • Omar may change the subject without notice.
  • “I’ll do it later” does not constitute a legally binding delivery date.

2. Privacy Policy

Omar respects your privacy, mainly because having random information about people is exhausting.

Do not send passwords, payment information, private keys, or other sensitive information through ordinary messages unless you genuinely know what you are doing.

Omar will not intentionally sell your personal information to random people on the internet.

3. Cookie Policy

Cookies may exist on websites Omar operates where technically necessary. Omar himself is not a cookie.

This website's actual cookie and local-storage practices are described in the Cookies page.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may communicate with Omar normally, respectfully, and without attempting to cause unnecessary chaos.

You must not use Omar's websites, projects, accounts, infrastructure, or other services to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access.
  • Steal information.
  • Distribute malware.
  • Impersonate Omar.
  • Intentionally damage services.
  • Do anything that would reasonably result in Omar saying “what the hell”.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are currently no standard paid services covered by this document.

Therefore, refunds are generally equivalent to the amount paid: £0.00 / $0.00 / €0.00 / whatever currency you somehow used.

6. Service Level Agreement™

There is no guaranteed response time.

  • Estimated response: anywhere between 4 seconds and 4 business days.
  • Business days are defined by Omar™.
  • Urgency does not automatically increase priority.
  • “Bro answer me” is not an SLA escalation procedure.

7. Security Policy

Omar attempts to keep his websites and projects reasonably secure, including using appropriate access controls, secure deployment practices, and security-conscious development.

If you discover a genuine security issue, please report it responsibly through the contact details on the Contact page.

8. GDPR-Style Data Rights

Where applicable, you may request information about personal data held by Omar, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request deletion where reasonably possible.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, the recommended procedure is:

  1. Talk about it.
  2. Clarify what happened.
  3. Attempt to reach a reasonable solution.
  4. Only then consider escalating the matter.

Complaining loudly in the group chat is not considered formal arbitration.

10. Corporate Governance

The Omar™ organisation currently has a highly advanced corporate structure consisting primarily of:

  • CEO: Omar
  • CFO: Omar
  • CTO: Omar
  • Legal Department: This page
  • HR Department: Not currently operational
  • Customer Support: Omar
  • Board of Directors: Also Omar

The company has not yet appointed a CEO, CFO, legal department, HR department, customer support team, or anyone else.

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated whenever Omar decides they need updating.

The latest version will be published on this page.

12. Severability

If one part of these Terms™ becomes invalid, the remaining sections shall continue to exist for comedic purposes.

13. Final Agreement

By continuing to read this page, you have successfully completed the entire Omar™ legal onboarding process.

Congratulations. There is absolutely no certificate.
